As a part of Wright-Patt Credit Union’s (WPCU) commitment to provide the most secure and cutting edge Digital Services technology, we are upgrading our Mobile and Online Banking software in early 2019. These upgrades will help us ensure we are providing the most secure Mobile and Online Banking experience to you, our member.

With this upgrade, you may be required to update the browser or operating system on your computer and/or mobile device, this includes tablets and mobile phones. Rest-assured with these enhancements your experience using Online and Mobile Banking will not change.

Please Note: If you are currently using one of the following Operating System or web browsers, you will be required to upgrade in order to continue using WPCU Mobile and Online Banking:

Mobile Device Operating Systems
  • Android devices version 4.4.4 and below.
  • Apple iOS devices using Safari versions 5 and below.
  • Windows Phone using Internet Explorer Mobile versions 10 and below.
Desktop (PC) Operating Systems
  • Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 with Microsoft Internet Explorers versions 10 or below.
  • Apple OS X using Safari Versions 8 or below.
In order to complete this important security upgrade the following Digital Services will be unavailable Monday, February 25th from 9:00 pm to 3:00 am ET Tuesday morning.
